When do I get my badge?

You will be sent your badge in advance to print out in colour and bring with you. Doing so will ensure you can fast track registration and access the event as quickly as possible.

I have not received my email confirmation, please can you advise?

Please send your request to the Future Decoded team and we will look into this for you.

I have selected one day but would like to change to the other day?

This can be done from within your profile once you create an account. Simply change the days and you will receive a confirmation email for your new dates (subject to availability).

What is the price of the ticket? 

It is a free event, you simply need to be registered in advance. 

I am travelling from outside of the UK. Can you help with visa letters? 

The event is targeted at a UK audience but you are more than welcome to attend. However please note we are unable to assist with any visa requirements. 

Do you have the latest agenda details? 

Please refer to the agenda page on a regular basis as this is being constantly updated.

How can I make and amend my agenda for the day? 

We will send you further information, approximately 3 weeks prior to the event, on how you can create an account and personalise your agenda. You will also be able to download the Microsoft Future Decoded App which will be a single source of information on the day and help to make sure you don’t miss anything. 

I would like to book accommodation for the event? 

Please visit the ExCeL website where you will find information on local hotels.

Unfortunately I can no longer attend, how can I cancel?

This can be done from within your profile using the UNREGISTER button.

Can I pre-book for a breakout session? 

All breakout sessions are filled on a first come, first served basis. Once the room is full, we will be unable to admit any more attendees to the session. You may express your interest for a session when you are personalising your agenda, which helps us to see the most popular sessions and put these in the largest rooms. 

What happens if I don’t get into a Breakout session I want to see? 

All breakout sessions on Level 3 and the sessions in the Microsoft Theatre in the Expo are being recorded, and will be available within 10 working days of the event.   The sessions in the Partner theatres will not be recorded.

Where do I purchase food and beverage at Future Decoded?

Tea and coffee are provided at Future Decoded free of charge. Water is also available throughout Future Decoded - in order to be as sustainable as possible, we encourage you to bring your own reusable water bottle. If you would like to purchase additional refreshments or food, there are numerous outlets located on the Boulevard. See a full list of food and beverage outlets.
